The True Vine

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

 

Food For Thought

Just as a branch derives life from the vine, so the believer derives life from Jesus. The Lord not only calls his followers to carry out a great mission and live a godly life, but he also gives them the power to do both. All they must do is remain close to him, and Jesus will infuse them with his life. In a very real sense, Jesus branched out through his followers. “The Leadership Bible”
